MADOC, MAY 19 & 20 - SCHEDULE CHANGE
Posted 05/16/2012The start time for the Madoc track will be 9:00 a.m. for both Sat. practice and Sunday racing. This means everything will be pushed back 1 hour - practice until 4:00 and racing to start right after practice. Sunday racing will start at 9:00 a.m., not 8:00 a.m.
Also, a reminder that no open fires, including campfires or fires in containers are allowed at the Madoc track.
See you in Madoc for a great weekend.
M.M.R.S. Provincial Series, Round 4, May 19, 20
Posted 05/14/2012Round 4 of the Provincial Series goes this weekend at the Madoc track.
Practice on Sat. from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Racing starts Sat. at 3:00 for the Mini ATV's and the 50's and continues on Sunday.
This Provincial Series will be "Best of 6" - 8 races with 2 drops, which means that of the 8 races, the points for the 2 weekends with the lowest points will not count. So each racer will have 6 races and points towards the totals. If someone attends all 8 races, they will receive 25 bonus points.
There will be pro and amateur support as well as awards and prizes awarded at the end of the series.
This race will be part of the televised series so don't miss your chance to get on TV..

New race order - transponder exchange - Cochranes Apr. 28 & 29
Posted 04/25/2012Just a reminder that the race order has changed. Big bikes start 8:00 a.m. on Sunday - no more sleeping in. In order to avoid delays at sign in you can pre register using the online race form or sign in anytime on Sat.
We will also be exchanging your WEER transponder for a brand new MYLAPS transponder this weekend. You should bring both chargers and your bracket for the exchange. We will start the exchange Friday at 5:00 and will continue all weekend.
Concession stand at M.M.R.S.

She will be on site and open on Sat. 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sundays 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each weekend she will be serving a different dinner special. Be sure to check out the menu and give them your support.

Posted 04/09/2012Our 2012 Provincial Series will be a 6 show series and will be televised on CHEX satellite TV as well as Cogeco. We will be filming on April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, June 3 and June 24. If you would like a chance to be interviewed and featured on an episode, send in your resume and a brief outline of why you ride, your sponsors, and any other information that you think will make you stand out.. This is a great opportunity to promote our sport as well as get yourself and your sponsors some coverage.

Madoc Point structure same as motocross After round 4 some classes may be divided into A and B classes based on points Classes: 1: junior 1/16 ages 6 and under any motor 2: 1/16 brushed motor. 3: 1/16 brushless motor 4: 1/10. 2012 MEMBERSHIP & DRAW
Posted 03/01/2012We are getting ready for another great season of racing.
The 2012 membership forms are now available to download or submit online. The early bird rates will be in effect until March 31/12.
We will also be drawing 2 winners for a 2012 Family Pass again this year.
This will cover unlimited class entry fees for all eligible family members. There will be one name picked from the Motocross memberships and one from the ATV memberships.
To be eligible for this promotion, you must submit and pay for your M.M.R.S. membership by April 28/12. The draws will be made on Sunday April 29/12. Memberships can be filled out on line or downloaded and mailed or faxed. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or cheque.
Family membership includes:
- gate fees are not included in the membership - everyone entering must pay gate fees.
We look forward to seeing everyone again and welcome new riders.

Posted 02/10/2012Mark your calendars - the schedule is now posted. We are excited to announce the 2012 schedule and look forward to a great racing season.
This year we have changed the series format, there will be 2 series, a Provincial and a 6' Trophy Series, as well as our National event. We will post further details on each series shortly.
We have scheduled more free weekends during the summer, which will allow more flexability for vacation time and the opportunity to ride some different tracks. Watch for further details.
We will be having our "Win your practice and race fees for 2012" promotion again. Everyone who has their 2012 Membership before the 1st race, April 29, will be automatically entered. There will be 1 winner for Motocross riders and 1 winner for ATV riders.
We will be having an open house/membership sign up day at Orange Motorsports - date to follow.
